After identifying which process owners will be impacted, our planning process begins. We create a plan with the process owners to ensure make certain that all processes are tested thoroughly and approved in a pre-production environment.

Once all testing has been completed and signed off, deployment into production is planned and executed - communicating regularly to all stakeholders, making the process as transparent as possible.
